Since you don't take listings, aren't we more limited in our choices if you represent us?

Actually, the opposite is true for the following reasons:

1.  We have all MLS listings for our geographic area (see them by clicking on our home page.) Also, we don't try to steer you to any particular listing (as other companies do) because we have no listings.

2. We are able to provide for sale by owner (FSBO) properties for your review at no  cost to you as the property owner pays our commission. "FSBO's" will work with us because we're not trying to tie them up with a lenghty listing and, typically, our commissions are half of what they would pay elsewhere.

3. Area builders have supplied us with their project information on pre construction, existing and excess inventory properties. We can show and represent you on many new construction projects because we're not pursuing the builders to be their listing agents and they happily pay our commission so you don't have to.
