These are properties that other typical REALTORSŽ won't deal with because they can't get the owners to commit to a listing contract.

We also monitor area builders for inventory homes. Builders occasionally have some of their new home sales fall through and they don't want to pay the interest while waiting to sell of their "inventory" homes. Other REALTORSŽ typically won't provide this service to their buyers because builders won't list with them.
