Who are the team members at Buyers Only?

 
mikey1.jpg (43447 bytes) Michael D. Finn has been a licensed real estate broker in Florida since 1998. Coming from Michigan, Mike retains his Michigan law license to this date, having obtained same in 1970. Mike pioneered the Buyers Only concept in Michigan in the 1980's where he operated Buyers Brokers, Inc., in conjunction with his law practice. Mike holds both a business degree and a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University. He received his CPA Licensure from the State of Michigan in 1974 and became a Florida mortgage broker in 2002. Mike is a full-time resident of Treasure Island, where he resides with his wife and daughter.

  • Robert W. Dowling, CHA - Bob and his family have been a fixture in Treasure Island since before it was a city. His father, Herb, who still rides his bike through town, was the city's first mayor. Bob has been a licensed real estate agent since 1968. He also hold professional designations as a certified hotel administrator, and a condominium association manager. Bob's focus is on hotels, motels, and multi-unit buildings.
  • Mark Beckwith has many years experience as a residential home developer in Oakland County, Michigan. As a part owner of Buyers Only he plans to continue investment and development activities here in Pinellas County.
